Poet and playwright Tom Mac Intyre has had many plays performed by the Abbey, most notably The Great Hunger, a collaborative work with Patrick Mason and Tom Hickey. His most recent publication is A Chance will tell You and a Dream Confirm (Dedalus). He is a member of Asodana.

His latest play Good-Evening, Mr Collins, brings the bones of history to life in a moving and entertaining drama and offers a kaleidoscopic view into the character and events surrounding the legendary demise of Michael Collins.
