Claron McFadden

Soprano Claron McFadden studied voice at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York. As well as singing many of the major oratorio works, she is also in demand for her interpretation of modern and contemporary music.

She worked with conductors like Kurt Masur, John Eliot Gardiner, Neeme Jarvi, Sergiu Cornissiona and Trevor Pinnock and orchestra's such as the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the Nederlands Philharmonic Orchestra, Residentie Orkest, Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, Freiburgerbarockorchester, Les Arts Florissants and BBC Symphony Orchestra.

Her opera repertory includes (title) roles in Lulu, Le nozze di Fiagaro, La Boheme, Ariadne auf Naxos and Don Giovanni. Claron McFadden sang at many international festivals: a.o. Holland Festival, Bregenzer and Salzburger Festspiele, Aix-en-Provence and Budapest Festival.
