Conor Linehan

Conor Linehan has composed scores for theatres throughout Ireland and Britain, including: for the RSC, Two Gentlemen of Verona, Edward the Third, Loveplay, Luminosity. For the National Theatre: Peer Gynt, Playboy of the Western World. For the Abbey Theatre, Dublin: The Wake; Saint Joan, The Colleen Bawn, Love in the Title, The Tempest, She Stoops to Conquer, The Cherry Orchard, Homeland. For the Gate Theatre Dublin: A View From The Bridge, Long Days Journey Into Night. He has worked before with The Corn Exchange on Dublin By Lamplight.

In addition, he works extensively as a concert pianist in which capacity he has performed with all of Ireland's major orchestras and premiered concertos by Ronan Guilfoyle and Don Ray, as well as performing extensive solo and chamber music repertoire. He has recently composed the music for The King With Horses Ears with the RTE Concert Orchestra for RTE Radio 1 and has written a piano concerto for the RIAM Big Band and Therese Fahy, which premiered in Dublin in March 2006 and was subsequently performed in New York and Conneticut.
