Sean Kingsley

Sean trained as an actor at the Elliott-Clarke School, Liverpool and in musical theatre at the Doreen Bird College, London.

West End credits include:
Jean Valjean in Les Miserables (Queens Theatre), Me and My Girl (Adelphi); Admetus and Munkustrap in Cats (New London); and Tom Jenkins in Scrooge (Dominion).

Touring and regional theatre work includes:
Joe in Matchgirls (Bromley); Gabey in On the Town (National Tour); 'Potatoes' Clarke in Scrooge (Bromley Churchill, National Tour and European Tour); A Month in the Country, The Rivals and Toad of Toad Hall (Liverpool Playhouse); Fiddler on the Roof (Liverpool Empire); Slap in Hot Shoe Shuffle, (Bromley Churchill and National Tour); Mike Costa in the celebrated Derby Playhouse anniversary production of A Chorus Line; Cyrano de Bergerac in the new adaptation - Cold Moon Rising at the Jermyn Street Theatre; Mike in Hot Pants (Oldham Coliseum): Saucy Jack in Saucy Jack & The Space Vixens (London Bridge); and Nicholas Skeres in The Lie by Tony Haygarth (Hen & Chickens).

Television work includes:
Colin Piper in Merseybeat IV (BBC) and Stephens in The Bill (Talkback Thames).

Sean has done vocalist work including the Golden Musicals of Broadway (European Tour); Royal Caribbean and Holland America Cruise Lines; Jake in The Blues Brothers Reunion; and lead vocalist for Delta Blues band Sugarland Slim.

He also plays four instruments and writes and records his own material.
